A bold explosion of heat from Cayenne and Thai Bird’s Eye pepper, sweet and tart pomegranate, followed by the soft burn of red jalapeno. A lingering medium heat with a bit of sweetness, this sauce goes especially well in red pasta sauces like marinara, bolognese, pomodoro and puttanesca.
